Birthday Boy

Happy Birthday sweet Max.  You are "2" and Jeni loves you...

Here you were 2 short years ago....

look how you have grown.  Somehow you are just as sweet and snuggly today.

I love your sweet spirit.  I love how deeply you love your Mommy, Daddy, Lily and Charlie.  I love your love of books.  I love it when you make me a cup of tea with a donut from your little kitchen.
I love it when you want to be snuggled and tickled.... how you giggle.

I love that I loved you before you were here.   I love that your Mom is my best friend and shares you with me.  I love that I get to be apart of your life as your god-mother and have the privilege of watching over you as you grow, as you change before our eyes.

Happy Birthday Max

My godchild....

Sweet Max....my god son. How I love and adore this child! He is almost 1 year old now. Where did this past year go? I have such a bond to this child....who he is in the life of my soul friend, Marcie and in my own life. Never have I felt so strongly about another person bringing a child into the world as I did with Max. I just knew he was coming...I knew my friend was not done. And look, here he is all sparkly, sweet and wonderful! So, when this came to fruition it felt so right, like a true blessing. Sweet Max at almost 12 months old. What a beautiful baby boy....and I am his god-mother. I get that very special designation....it makes us family, it makes us connected to each other and you better believe that this god-mama will be watching over with lots of love for a lifetime. Happy first birthday Max!

Art Fair

What an amazing day it was to sit outside at the Northwind perennial garden and show my art work.  I so enjoyed the day with Marcie, who encouraged me to submit my work for the art fair.  We took in all the art, the gardens and goodies all around us.  The weather could not have been better.  It was wonderful!  Marcie's 6 month old sweet baby boy, Max, was such a delight.  He was all smiles and snuggles and even took a nap on a blanket outside.  I got lots of time to hold Max and imagine holding our daughter in the future.  It was a great day to fill myself up with all things beautiful and wonderful...friendship, babies, art and nature!

Beautiful Baby Max

I am a very proud God-mother to Sweet Baby Max....... today I was able to capture him in all his beautiful sweetness.

Max is just beautiful! Don't Marcie and Dan make the prettiest babies!

These sweet photos are with Lily and Charlie just hours after Max was born at the hospital.

3!

These three beautiful candles represents the wonderful number of 3...  Marcie is expecting her #3 very, very soon.   We just celebrated with a shower where these candles light the dining room.  This little baby boy is so very loved long before he has arrived.  I wish every child had the love and nurturing surrounding them just like this little one does...the world would be nearly perfect then!

Below are my three sons... silly Jack that can't get enough of his nuk!  Judson at his first Blue and Gold Boy Scout ceremony with his pine wood derby trophy in hand.  And Drew snuggling with Jack on the couch.

Life here is messy, noisy, full of giggles and love...
